How important is "networking" to a career? Do you feel uncomfortable about "networking"? What even is "networking"?

This workshop aims to provide practical tips on networking based on real experience. There will be tips for extraverts and introverts, as well as a real life action plan for every attendee.

The workshop will be facilitated by Kathryn Morgan, an experienced insurance industry professional and member of NorthStandard's Board. Kathryn is an experienced networker, who has dealt with shyness and imposter syndrome, and who supports women's careers.
